I was managing large teams in a previous role, and went looking for HR software to make it easier. Everything I found either couldn't do what I actually needed, or cost far more than it should have.

So I built the tool I wished existed — one that actually looks after people, not just tracks them, without an enterprise price tag attached to basic care.
