What you'll do

Managing residential or mixed-use projects from design through to handover
Coordinating consultants, contractors and authority approvals
Keeping programme, budget and quality on track, and reporting to senior management
Working with sales and CRM teams on handover timelines

What you'll bring

Project management experience with a developer, contractor or consultancy
UAE or GCC experience is a strong advantage
A degree in engineering, architecture or construction management, or equivalent experience
Confident working with Dubai Municipality, master developers and other authorities
